Google recently launched the "Instant Search" which provides search results as you type.Now Google has gone a step ahead and launched the "Instant Preview" which provides a visual representation of the search results.
Now have a peek into a website before navigating to it.Google.com has a new feature which can load the snapshot of a search result on Google. Just click on the magnifier or move you mouse on the search result.
Instant Previews provides a graphic overview of a search result and highlights the most relevant sections, making searching the most wanted page as quick and easy as flipping through a magazine.
This is really time saving if you are searching something . Look at the preview window using the magnifier icon , if you find what you are searching for , navigate to that website else keep hunting ahead. For example, say you looked at a page before and need to find it again—with a preview, you can tell if any of the results look familiar.
In that page preview window, the text which appears highlighted claims the search term you’ve been searching for...
Earlier search features were available using plug-ins or java-scripts for websites. Tools like Apture and Quiqee do provide this functionality , but now its all with Google on their own search engine website.
Google has proved it once again that its the leader in the market as compared to Bing , Yahoo Search engines.This Search Preview Window works with FireFox 3.5+ , Internet Explorer 8+, Flock and Chrome 5+ browsers. Note : It does not work with Internet Explorer 7.
